Daily Care & Cleaning
A few quick habits will prolong the life of your strings and hardware:
- Wipe Down the Strings: Use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe moisture and oils off the strings after every practice session. This prevents rust.
- Clean the Fretboard: When changing strings, clean fretboard dirt with standard lemon oil (on unfinished rosewood/ebony only).
- Wash Your Hands: Always wash your hands before playing to minimize string contamination.
